At FileCap you will have the freedom to determine the marketing strategy, develop campaigns and make our growth really visible, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Your Role?

As marketing manager at FileCap, you are the driving force behind our marketing activities. You set the course with the management, translate strategy into action and make sure our message stands out.

You get full ownership of everything marketing: from strategy to execution. You will be the one who not only comes up with plans, but realizes them yourself, with direct impact on our visibility, leads and growth.

With short lines and quick decisions, you'll have plenty of room to experiment and make your mark, from optimizing the website to launching clever campaigns.

Together with our external marketing partner, designer and colleagues from sales you will build the next growth phase of FileCap. In addition, you will have an experienced Marketing Manager as your permanent sparring partner to test ideas and plans with. You each have your own focus: you focus on FileCap, your colleague on GroupSecure.

What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing strategy and planning.
• Optimize website for increased traffic, conversion and lead quality.
• Set up online campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and create content, from blogs and newsletters to visuals and data sheets.
• Collaborate on international marketing and positioning.
• Analyze results, identify market trends and translate into new opportunities.
• Monitor brand consistency and develop corporate identity manual.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows and events for partners and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and external parties for optimal coordination.

• An experienced marketing professional (at least college level) who combines strategy and execution.
• An independent working style, combined with the ability to work well with colleagues and external partners.

• A creative eye, an analytical approach and the drive to continuously improve.
