What will you do?
As marketing manager at FileCap, you will own the entire marketing process from A to Z. You will develop the strategy, implement it yourself and see the results of your efforts immediately. You get a lot of freedom to realize your own ideas, with a clear goal: increasing our visibility and generating new, quality leads.
Your duties will be broad and varied, including:
- Establish and implement marketing strategy and planning.
- Create content for website, newsletters, social media and campaigns.
- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (including Google Ads, LinkedIn) focused on lead generation.
- Optimize SEO and website content for maximum findability and conversion.
- Design and coordinate visuals, presentations and promotional materials.
- Monitor corporate identity and ensure consistent branding across all communications.
- Create and update corporate identity documents and marketing materials.
- Keep website up-to-date and continuously improve in terms of content and appearance.
- Monitoring, analyzing and actively adjusting campaigns based on data and KPIs.
- Maintain contact with external vendors, agencies and partners.
- Organize and coordinate participation in (trade) fairs and events.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, both short-term and long-term.
- Interact with colleagues in other departments to align marketing with sales and product development.

- An experienced marketing professional (at least HBO or HBO+ level) who combines strategy and execution.
